Pastor Leo & First Lady LaTosha Smith Pastor Clinton “Leo” Smith was born in Melbourne, Florida, where he grew up until his family moved to Southern California. At 17 years old, he accepted the Lord as his personal savior. He served under Pastor Jesse L. Malone of the Love Sanctuary C.O.G.I.C for 17 years. At the age of 22, the Lord called Pastor Smith to the ministry and he was ordained under Bishop Charles E. Blake of the First Jurisdiction of Southern California. He has served in many capacities such as Youth Pastor of True Church C.O.G.I.C., Assistant Pastor of the New Hope C.O.G.I.C. and Co-Pastor of Brighter Days Ministry.
In his early 20’s, Pastor Smith challenged God that by the time he was 30 he would own his own business and at 35 he would serve as a full-time pastor. He continued in his faithful walk with God, and at age 29 he became the sole owner of his own business and he began to pastor at age 33. In addition to his ministerial duties, Pastor Smith has many other achievements of which he is very proud. He received his Associates Degree in Computer Science. He has also received numerous awards in the business field that he currently works in.
In August 1997, the Lord called Pastor Smith to do greater work in His vineyard. In September 1997, Pastor Smith birthed Mountain Top Worship Center; a place where you could come and receive a Mountain Top experience. From 2003 to 2004, Pastor Smith had a second church-Mountain Top Worship Center – West, in Perris, CA. In June 2004, with the retirement of Supt. Jesse Malone, Pastor Smith was appointed as Pastor of Love Sanctuary C.O.G.I.C. With the blessed union of Mountain Top Worship Center and Love Sanctuary, Pastor Smith returned to the church that played an instrumental role in shaping his ministerial life.
In July 2006, the Hispanic branch of Love Sanctuary was born. The Lord has placed outreach as the primary goal of Love Sanctuary, and through prayer and obedience to the Lord, the Pastor & First Lady are reaching out to the community.

In 2004, First Lady LaTosha was ordained as an Evangelist. That same year was the dawning of a new direction that the Lord was taking her. “Women of Vision” Ministry was born. It’s main function is to uplift and encourage the hearts and shoulders of God’s women everywhere and to provide a shelter for the needy.

STATEMENT OF AFFIRMATION OF FAITH
We believe the Bible to be the inspired ad only infallible written word of God. We believe that there is One God; Eternally existent in three persons; God the Father; God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. We believe in the blessed Hope, which is the rapture of the Church of God, which is in Christ, at His return. We believe that the only means of being cleansed from sin is through repentance, faith in the precious Blood of Jesus Christ. We believe that regeneration by the Holy Ghost is absolutely essential for personal salvation. We believe that the redemptive work of Chris on the Cross provides healing for the human body in answer to believing prayer. We believe that the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, according to Acts 2:4, is given to believers who ask for it. We believe in the sanctification power of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling, the Christian is enabled to live a holy and separated life in this present world.
Amen
